In stock pieces are posted within 3 business days. The shipping time for made-to-order pieces is up to 20 business days. Orders are sent through Postnord and the tracking code will be sent to you as soon as the post is made.
All details such as color and size of the made-to-order pieces will be defined in advance with you. When your order is ready, I will send photos of it for your evaluation. At this time, it is possible for you to request small changes so that the piece meet your expectation. The item is only shipped after your confirmation of satisfation.
Costumers are responsible for any import taxes or customs that may apply. I will not take responsibility for the delays due to the customs.
As the pieces are handmade and customizable, no refunds are offered if you regret the purhcase. However, if you receive a fautly product, please contact me within 5 days via info@anaviveiros.com describing the problem to receive the amount of your purchase back.
